My gaming keyboard not working on ubuntu 16.4

What do you mean "not working"? It tells us nothing

my gaming keyboard working on windows bt same keyboard not working on ubuntu.. so how can i solve this problem??
my gaming keyboard is "GAMDIAS MODEL: GKB2010"

OK I'll make it easier. What happens when you type on the keyboard? Does it type OK in the OS?
Can you log in OK?

i am using laptop. in ubuntu i'm using laptop keyboard bt here is no problem.. when i connect usb external keyboard that one not working on ubuntu.. any key also did not work. my keyboard is gaming keyboard. i use this command :- sudo apt-get install --reinstall xserver-xorg-input-all bt until now my keyboard not working any key.

For diagnostic purposes try the following:

Unplug the keyboard
Open a terminal window(e.g. by simultaneously pressing ctrl-alt-t)
Issue the command

lsusb

Plug the keyboard into an USB port of the laptop and wait half a minute, then issue the commands

dmesg | tail
lsusb

Then use the terminal window's menu entries "edit - select all" and "edit - copy" and finally paste everything into this question document that we can see the results.

The output shows that the keyboard is detected by Ubuntu.

Does the keyboard work in BIOS setup, or on the grub menu screens?
