Unattended Installation ubiquity 2.18.8.3

Asked by espirt

In ubuntu 14.10 ubiquity 2.18.8.3 is presented and thx to "new logic":

Always show a confirmation dialog before committing partitioning. I've
read considerably more reports of users having their data destroyed by
some misunderstanding or other of the partitioner than I'm comfortable
with; if a slightly ugly confirmation even when we think things are
clear saves some people from that, then it's worth it, and it adds
another layer of defence against bugs.

Unattended installation had been broken. Because for now we can't simply select needed answer and proceed with installation. It still shows the message and wait for user to interact.

the question is:
- is this normal?
- is there any workaround?

I'd search for reported bugs
