Will Ubuntu run on Ainol/Ainovo Novo 7 Basic?

Is it possible (in one way or another) to run Ubuntu on my Ainol/Ainovo Novo 7 Basic tablet? It's currently running Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich). I'm not all that excited about Android, and since it's a cheap tablet I can "afford" to experiment a little.

I should mention that the Novo come with a MIPS, not ARM. How will that affect things?

I'm closing this one, since it's become pretty clear that Ubuntu won't run on MIPS.

I see. Is there besides to touch the supporter? Has anybody else had this difficulty? I'd like to get the sport working well. Does every body know of some other Android software that could run Warcraft 2 as you can see here https://golireviews.com/
