Black screen just afer boot on 12.04 HP elitebook 8560w with Nvidia Quadro 1000M

I try to install Ubuntu 12.04 on HP Elitebook 8560w with Nvidia Quadro 1000M. Just after boot I can see that screen switches to some low-res graphic mode (with 2 icons in the bottom) and then it switches to the black screen in text mode. Ubuntu keeps booting (CD drive makes some noise), so it seems to be graphics problem.

I tried to press "shift" during boot - i get into text mode - and specifyed

boot: live-install vga=711

I tried lots of modes, 1920x1024x32, 1920x1024x16, 1280x1024x32, 1024x768x32, 640x480x32, but non of them work properly - i get some garbage on the screen (it is not static - it changes during boot process, but it is unreadable).

I can install Ubuntu 11 and upgrade to 12, this works.

I have also notebook HP Elitebook 8560w with Nvidia Quadro 2000M. This one boots OK with Ubuntu 12.04, but it has problems with proprietary nvidia driver.
