Can't launch Ubuntu 12.04 on the laptop

Hello, I can't launch Ubuntu 12.04 x86 on the laptop Acer TravelMate 2350 . It just don't start (from DVD\CD and if I upgrade it from 11.10).

11.10 is working fine, but I need 12.04 . What can I do?
