creating new plugin for authentication

hi, I would like to convert my server wifidog auth with the new puppy, but I have problems in the same type of service.
I have attulmente hotspot gateway on Linksys WRT54GL with wifidog.
I need a plugin that allows me to give a username and password to any bar or hotel manager that keeps track of customers manually.
generate a ticket to be given to the customer with a username and password under "user = 85839423 / pass = 387665443"

other requirement is to give the operator the option of deciding to limit bandwidth and navigation expired.

I would like to contribute to this project and would like to write. can you help me?

There is developer documentation on the authpuppy wiki with explanations on how to do an authentication plugin and some basic plugin development tips.
