Journal: always as a top section

Hello
I've just tested the journal plugin and Ctrl & d. It's strange. When I click on a day of the calendar, it will be opened in a section "journal" that is on the top level.

But if I'm in a sub-page somewhere and insert the current date with Ctrl & d, it inserts a new section within the current section.

What could I do that ctrl & d inserts always in the top section?
Ah, in the configuration of the journal plugin ":Journal" is defined as section.
