Build and installation instructions

I've done "bzr branch lp:zeitgeist-dataproviders" and even some make commands but am not sure whether the builds were successful or how to install the results. For starters I am interested in the Firefox plugin but will want others as well. Are there instructions anywhere?

'make local-install' would copy the compiled plugins into the according directories in a per-user basis.
