No. I mean, when we create one region, the region which has no border around the edges, I need to make one border border around it as one window to differentiate between the other region.

You can't. The way it is done is to draw a background image with the
boarders you want, and then fit your regions inside them

Yes. It must be part of your background image - like the ones in the Layout
