Random video distribution on the basis of the weights

Hello, i want add a count of video files (i cant understand, what for i should input duration of video? Why Xibo can't detect it automatic?) input «price» or «weight» of each video, and it play randomly with a frequency depending on the «price» or «weight».

You put duration as 0 for automatic detection for videos.

There's no functionality to show things randomly

Thanks i'll try.

I know it, i want/need this feature. I can try to add it by myself, but i need a little bit support to understand project architecture.

May be some one else need it to? (i thins Digital Signage software should have this future)

If you want to get code in to the main Xibo codebase, then it needs to be
based on the latest development code not on a stable release, and you need
to follow the guidelines in the guidelines for contributing documents in
the wiki
