Will Xibo Client run on Raspberry Pi?

I would like to know whether I could run the server on a desktop PC running Linux and the client software on Raspberry Pi.

You can certainly run the server on a Linux PC. There has been some work done on porting the client to ARM but I'm not aware that anyone has released anything that's working well enough to really be usable.

There are already Xibo Images out.
But i hope for an official Client.

There's still no hardware support as far as I'm aware so the performance
isn't up to use. We're not actively targeting that platform.

so is it only the Raspberry or will you never Support an ARM Platform like Pi, Beagleboard or other ARM Singleboard Systems ?

i think this will never happen by Xibo.
There is a Perfect Android Client with full support.
Works perfect.

Feel free to build a ARM / RPI port :)
