Hey there again :) wxBanker doesn't support custom columns, though you can enter anything in the description you'd like. If you want to record check numbers you can simply include them in your description such as "check 151 to sub-contractor Alan for help with tile" or any other pattern you like. If this doesn't solve your problem, let me know what you are trying to achieve (how you'll want to look up those numbers later or use them in a way that having them in the description doesn't facilitate), and I'll be happy to help.
