i tried ubuntu 9.10 in my system by installing it inside windows xp i get busybox prompt

 hello everybody, i tried ubuntu 9.10 in my system by installing it inside windows xp?but when i tried to boot it shows busybox msg,(initramfs) plz someone help me out of this problem

turned the "sata mode" in bios from "ahci" to "raid" and then it maybe works....
