Permission denied in trying to install Ubuntu inside of Windows XP

I've been unsuccesful when trying to install Ubuntu 9.10 inside of Windows XP SP3. One error states that permission is denied. I have admin rights to my computer, which is a Dell laptop. Let me know what you think.

Using WUBI, right click and then open as an administrator. Hope this helps

try booting your pc into safe mode using F 8 key during bootup then select start run
type. cmd
then type control userpasswords2
the select admin and rest passowrd to what ever you want.
restart pc. it should let you in as administrator.
