Ubuntu 8.04 wont boot up on dual boot comp. with vista

I installed ubunt 8.04 on my hp dv1000 that already had vista.Ubuntu worked fine but then I tried to boot into ubuntu but a black screens showed up and says that wubi loader failed and to press CTRL ALT DEL.I reinstalled Ubuntu in Vista and it installed fine but the next day the same thing happened! Can someone Help me with this problem?Thank You.
