Resizing a WUBI install of 11.04

Asked by Steven D. Shown

I recently did a WUBI install of Natty on my friends computer, mostly for trial purposes and only allowed 10 gig of hard drive space. His daughters both love it so much that they are trying to install more programs, games, media files, etc than they have available drive space for. Is there any way I can resize the install and allow like 30 gig or so without doing a complete re-install of the OS? They have installed a lot of software and customized it just the way they want it and it would be an all day task to replace everything back to the way they have it. Thank you in advance for your help.

You can resize it: http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1625371

But it's better to convert it to a real dual boot install - either by reinstalling or by migrating the existing wubi install if you don't want to lose anything: http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1519354

Can you help with this problem?
