Permission Denied installing using wubi

I have downloaded the program and have tried to install it and I get permission denied, I check the error log and it tells me

How were you trying to install it? If you were installing it via command line did you use the sudo command?

There is a problem with the CD. You can remove the cd and run wubi.exe standalone, or you can place wubi.exe and the desktop CD ISO in the same directory and run wubi from there. (You need to remove that CD from your computer or it will find it and use it).

PS it's natty narwhal 11.04, lucid lynx is 10.04

You can get the desktop cd and wubi.exe for each release here:
http://releases.ubuntu.com/lucid/
http://releases.ubuntu.com/natty/

NOTE: the release and the wubi.exe HAVE to match - they only work on the release they were built for.
