Error installing Ubuntu netbook 11.04 using Wubi while downloading...

I'm trying to install ubuntu netbook edition 11.04 but when i get to the screen that says : "Installing ubuntu netbook-11.04"

I get this error message: "Cannot download the metalink and therefore the iso. For more information please visit the log file: ~\local\temp\wubi-11.04-rev211.log"

I click ok and then click wubi again to try to install it and it says there was an error with the previous installation, you must uninstall ubuntu and retry, and then i get to the screen with the installation size/account name/account password, etc and i get the same message once i click next.

Anyone know whats going on??
I'm pretty sure i downloaded the iso off the website. This is the iso i downloaded: "ubuntu-11.04-alternate-amd64"

I'm using 64 bit windows 7 right now.

The netbook edition is no longer supported. It should have been removed as an option but it was not. Please select "Ubuntu" instead - the unity interface that was part of release 10.10 netbook edition is now standard in 11.04.
