Wubi Boot.ini accidentally replaced by Windows default

Please can someone show me the exact entry for the Boot.ini file for Wubi installed Ubuntu on D:drive.

At the moment I have a triple installation of XP Home SP2. I accidentally overwrote the Wubi modified Boot file.
