u can get ubuntu 11.04 from here

From ubuntu, to download the wubi source (and compile):
You will have to install bzr beforehand...
sudo apt-get install bzr

If you want to compile it you also need:
sudo apt-get install mingw32
sudo apt-get install gettext

Fetch source:
bzr branch lp:wubi

This will create the wubi subdirectory with the source. Then,
cd wubi
less README (for instructions on compiling etc.)

Then to compile and build wubi.exe (first time you run this it installs wine and python etc. accept defaults):
make
