recovery drive full ,cannot create recvery disc

This question was expired because it remained in the 'Open' state without activity for the last 15 days.

i have a hp pavilion pc t3701 ,vista basic came preinstalled .I tried to make a copy but erred when doing so i cannot create a back up copy because you are only allowed make one copy.Can you help in anyway advice .i keep getting alerts to telling me that i haven't back up my files for more than 30 days and that i need to do so now
