I have uploaded web sites to internet using FTP up loader in windows XP. but now i need ftp uploader for UBUNTU because I'm using ubuntu now. please tell me from where can i have a FTP uploader for ubuntu version compatible.

you can use gftp or filezilla
go to System->Administration->Synaptic Package Manager and search for filezilla or for gftp
install it and you will ahave a client ftp to upload everything you want!
