Eliminating redundent use of title-bars when using Window Picker Applet without netbook-launcher
I'm running UNR Jaunty and love the Window Picker Applet but want to use it without the netbook-launcher (the classic gnome desktop). The one minor issue is without the netbook-launcher the Window Picker Applet does not hide the metacity title bars on maximized windows.
So when using the Window Picker Applet with the netbook-launcher the metacity title bars of maximized windows are hidden and thus the integrated title bar functionality of the Window Picker Applet is the only title bar visible. However, when not using the netbook-launcher desktop schema, the classic desktop, both the metacity title bar and the integrated title bar are shown, thus eliminating the advantage of the integrated title bar of saving space on a small screen.
So is there a way to strip (or hide) the metacity title bars when maximized in the classic desktop? Of course still having them on unmaximized windows like what happens when in the netbook dektop mode.
This may be some aesthetic functionality that is not yet in the applet as it was intended for use with netbook-launcher not the classic desktop, and if this is the case perhaps you could consider adding it.
Thank you for your time
