Running uninstalled

Is there a way to run Wiican uninstalled? Many python based apps like Gajim support this and it is very useful both for development (easily testing a change) and running on non-Debian based distributions such as Fedora and openSUSE.

Maybe you could provide a small "run-uninstalled.sh" script?

I think this feature will be interesting even for developing without installing so i've marked as a bug.
