Where does the applet store its data?

I recently reinstalled Ubuntu. I did a backup of my home folder and now want to move my old settings (cities etc.) to the new system, but I couldn't find the data so far.

As Weather Indicator stores data in dconf, currently there is no way to restore data from backup - please contact dconf/gsettings developers (see http://live.gnome.org/dconf)
