What multi-touch gestures work out of the box with Unity?

Q: What out-of-the-box gestures are enabled in Unity as of August 2011?

I've found the two specification documents:

  "Unity Gesture UI Guidelines"

but a lot this functionality may not be built or working yet. I can't yet find a list of what's /actually/ implemented per release point.
