More apps linked to what?

In the dash is "more apps" suppose to take the user to the Software Centre or open up a list of applications because that is what it does for me instead of taking me to the centre.

"More Apps" displays a list of applications available for download (hopefully matching your search criteria!). When clicking on those applications, the dash will take you to the Software Center to install them.
