Launcher: Commands

I noticed about two weeks or so ago, I believe when I updated to Natty Alpha 3, a blank icon in Launcher called: Commands. I looked around a bit but found no discussion of it. Of course I could be just dense :) Is it just an issue with my installs or something intentional in Unity 2d?
