Is upgrading from Ubuntu possible?

Yes. Here's how to do it:

                      For artwork and themes:

1) First of all, add our PPA to your software sources (see https://launchpad.net/~ufurmix-maintainers/+archive/ppa/).

2) Install ufurmix-components-stable package to get the artwork that comes with Furry Remix LiveCD.

3) To switch to Furry Remix theming, download and run this script: http://shnatsel.narod.ru/switch-to-ufurmix-settings.sh If you wish to make Furry Remix settings default for new users, install ufurmix-default-settings package.

                      For software pack:

1) Add the PPAs listed at https://docs.google.com/document/pub?id=1kp0d5MdRj5d-tWaxRuomWZdBy5aRAlKWs61oV9I_Pcc to your software sources.

2) Install ufurmix-software-pack package.
