I can't log in my live CD: user is root, password is..?

Hello everybody, I customized with this incredible program my Feisty cd... I heavily customized it, really...
Well, my problem is that I switched gdm for entrance and I changed Gnome to Enlightenment with a lot of customizations, well, you'll see if you're interested but I got stuck with a trivial problem...
when the live loads, Entrance starts up and asks me for username and password. Now, username I think is root but what is the password? I tryed to leave it empty: doesn't work, wrong pass. So I tried with "password", "root" and can't remember what else but doesn't work... what should I insert in this stage of the login?

Hum, I solved it by pressing alt F1 and then sending a sudo passwd ubuntu. at this point I chose a new password and then I killall entrance and logged in normally with the new pass, but this is annoying. Any guess on which pass could be used by default, avoiding a user to do this?

Also, I don't see any way of installing my Live CD. How do I do it? The install icon is not present anywhere...

As for the installer it's solved, I just deleted ubiquity by mistake :P
Now I only need a valid user/pass to log in automatically. Thanks...

For Ubuntu CDs I guess the username is "ubuntu" and password is empty.

Nay, it isn't, but luckily I solved it thanks to another tool, named Reconstructor, that pretty much does the same things this project does, even if it has some features added. It cannot handle graphical programs launched, though, so you're stuck to the console and the customization interface of Reconstructor. So I use both Reconstructor and UCK, but I really think the two projects should be fused togeter, they both have qualityes and faults, that's a pity to see so much waste of code and time, to create 2 projects heading to the very same goal :(
It always happens in the Opensource community, it shouldn't...

Aniway, in reconstructor I could set username and password for the Live CD, so that was brilliantly solved :)
