Lost almost all U1 data

I use Ubuntu One on a dual partition, Ubuntu 11.10 and Windows 7. I am slowly trying to phase out my use of Windows, and in trying to clear up HDD space to remove from windows and add to Ubuntu, I inadvertently deleted my Ubuntu One folder from Windows, clearing the recycle bin moments later. By the time I'd realised what I'd done, the deletion had already hit the server and near enough all of my files have gone the way of the dodo, including my synced folder in Ubuntu.

Is there any way to recover my lost data? I only lost it a few days ago, so hopefully there should be some records of my files somewhere in the ether?
