I have just purchased a song via Ubuntu one music store and after 10 minutes it has nit download to my own private Ubuntu cloud, this is my first attempt and maybe my last, brand new could so plenty of space. Any ideas of what I can do or how I can upload logs? It's not the 89p as I can get Mastercard to refund that, I really just would like something on 10.04 to work first time,

Hi AlexAD: Sorry for the delay in delivering your songs. The music store typically delivers songs to your personal cloud (https://one.ubuntu.com/files) within a minute of your purchase. The song files are delivered to your desktop and added to Rhythmbox a few minutes later. This was a temporary file sync problem that came up over the weekend that caused delays with syncing all files (including music purchases) to a from desktops. It has now been resolved.
