Suggested feature: to provide forced sync in tray icon-right-click

I have had problems when I go from one machine to another and the sync gets confused because of syncing occurring automatically. So I only "connect" when I have made changes - and then I immediately disconnect. And I have "connect on start up" set to "never".
I understand why the conflicts occur and work around it in this manner - no problem here.

I would find it much easier to manage my syncs if there was a selection in the tray icon menu labelled "connect/disconnect".
Thanks for all your efforts on U1 - I find it very useful.
