how to update files with same names

I have uploaded files to Ubuntu One. Now I have added to, or rewritten some of those files. I want the latest version of those files to be uploaded to UbuntuOne. How do I do that ?

Any files in ~/Ubuntu One will be synced. If the files are outside of this folder, just drag them in and they will be synced.
