File-deletion is not synchronized

Asked by Henrik

I have uploaded a few files to my cloud. After synchronization I logon and see the file. However there is one file that I'd like to remove. So when I click on the trashbin icon in the webinterface, in order to remove the file it is deleted. Fine! However that deletion isn't synchronized to my computer. Why? Isn't there supposed to be a two-way sync?

Hi! Yes, there is 2-way synchronization, but we've had some trouble
with the backend change notification system that would trigger a
message being sent to your computer for ubuntuone-client to update the
local view and trigger the local delete.

We'll be getting this fixed soon so the system as a whole feels more
responsive and snappy.

In the meantime, you can force an update to happen by disconnecting
and reconnecting - this is useful for testing but we realize it's not
really acceptable for normal use.
