Web syncronization with desktop

Hello everyone.
I am new to Ubuntu One and i already like it. I have one question ... is it possible to sync the web UI and the desktop ?
I mean : if i upload a file using the webUI it dows not automaticaly appear on my Ubuntu box. It does only after i disconnect the Ubuntu Client and reconect it.
Can this be done ?

We are working on having this "just happen". Meanwhile, if you're ok with entering commands into the commandline, you can use u1sdtool to force a refresh of the directory where you added the file, like this:

  $ u1sdtool --refresh ~/Ubuntu\ One/My\ Files/some/directory/
