Edit name on web page

When I log in to Ubuntu One using a web browser on my Windows machine the name at the top is "None Gordon". I can't seem to edit that anywhere. My Ubuntu One acccount shows my name as Gordon Burgess-Parker which is correct.
How do I change the name on the web page?

Go to the Account tab (https://one.ubuntu.com/account/) and choose the "Edit" link next to your name. It will take you to the Ubuntu SSO account management area to update your name. Once you update you may have to manually type the Ubuntu One website into your browser to return.

Hi Matt,
Thanks for that - yes I've done that (several times) - the name in my Account information is correct, but it seems to not filter back to the web page.

Interestingly after having looged in and out SEVERAL times, the name is now correct.
