I am not able to Download the youtube videos using youtube-dl

I am unable to download youtube videos.
The output is

$ youtube-dl http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CCiNHRSKR88
[youtube] Setting language
[youtube] CCiNHRSKR88: Downloading video webpage
[youtube] CCiNHRSKR88: Downloading video info webpage
[youtube] CCiNHRSKR88: Extracting video information
ERROR: unable to download video (format may not be available)

what can i do to clear this error.
Also is there any better way than this.
Please help

alternatively, you can get the firefox add-on called video downloadhelper. it works wonders. it's available for other browsers as well.

video downloadhelper is very useful addon.
