what kind of video driver i have
i am trying to find out what drivers i need for an older hp pc we got at ubid ? the web page about it said it had ati express 200 video on board ,when i try to install any of the ati drivers they are not found. i also tried nvidia drivers they don`t work ether ... any help please.....

Its a standard ubuntu call, you can install it with:
sudo apt-get install lshw

i used sudo apt-get install lshw and it run a lot of stuff then ask to remove nvidia driver 96 said no longer needed ... so i think this older pc does not need extra drivers .. is this possible ??

tried it run in terminal the first one run the second did nothing ... closed terminal .. went to system tried to open hardware drives ::: it said unable to open blocked by child process ....

it took alot of looking but ati does not have support for linux using ati express 200....
