How to install FreeCAD on Ubuntu 9.10

system -administrative -synaptic manager type into box cad. It will do the rest.

@David freecad is not into standard Ubuntu repositories

There is a ppa with freecad in it https://launchpad.net/~cae-team/+archive/ppa

Please add the ppa to your Ubuntu repositories sources then install freecad
