as a system builder can we install the ubuntu on our sytems for retailing

we are a system builders in UAE. can we use the ubuntu operating system which we can preinstall in our pcs and notebooks and can be sell over the hyper markets thru United Arab Emirates.

Yes you can.

But you have take into account that ubuntu has a trademakr: http://www.ubuntu.com/aboutus/trademarkpolicy
And that there are some non-free software in the repos that you can't sell.
