Americas Army Install help please.

So it starts to install it uncompresses the files... then it tells me what system im running it on for some reason. Then it shows the liscense agreement. I answer yes I accept. It asks me if i want to read the README file and i say no. Then it asks me where i want the file to install. The PROBLEM is that it keeps saying "Np Permission to /" no matter where i try to put it it says it has no permission.
