Hello azeez

For sure the easiest for you is to find a way or maybe a friend to download and burn the 4 dvds of the ubuntu repository so you would be done for long...

Anyway if you just want to read music formats you should be ok installing the 2 packages below:
gstreamer0.10-plugins-ugly
gstreamer0.10-plugins-ugly-mul
