Saving when in sudo fstab in terminal

I don't understand how to save when I are in /etc/fstab.
What I have done is to mount my external harddrive.
I feel so silly but I'am a n00b so :P

If you are in nano, press CTRL + O to save, and CTRL + X to exit.
