Help with Ubuntu Help Center on startup

Since updating from the update manager a few weeks ago Ubuntu Help Center opens on startup and my system seems quite bogged down. I am unable to find it in the startup apps in order to remove it. Also,tried to uninstall and then install,but still no luck. Ran an update just today and currently running Ubuntu 10.04 LTS- the Lucid Lynx and Gnome Version: 2.30.2.
