Was the button there, and just disabled, or was it missing completely? If it was missing completely, you might have found a bug in ubiqity, or there might be a problem with your install cd. To see if it is the latter, run the cd integrity check offered on the first menu you see when booting off of the cd.

If all else fails, and you don't mind downloading another cd, try the "alternate install cd" which can be found here:
http://us.releases.ubuntu.com/releases/7.04/ubuntu-7.04-alternate-i386.iso
That link is for the us mirror. If you need to find a more localized mirror, you can use the new "Download Ubuntu" page:
http://www.ubuntu.com/getubuntu/download
just be sure to check the box at the bottom that says "Check here if you need the alternate desktop CD. This CD does not include the Live CD, instead it uses a text-based installer."

Can you help with this problem?
