Can't get 1024X768 for SiS graphics card-best is 960X600

Dual boot system. Win XP uses 1024X768, but Ubuntu-supplied driver has only 960X600 max. Higher resolution needed for projector. 662/761Gx PCIE VGA Display Adapter from SiS. Can't find another driver from the SiS website.

Any suggestions?

You may need an xorg.conf file to make it run at the resolution you desire. The projector may not be reporting its abilies correctly
