Create netbean project on ubuntu ( LAN )

recently i have install Ubuntu 14.04 and net beans 8.0, I'm running net beans on ubuntu, and shared PHP project is on a another ubuntu Machine .
 i am able to create php project when souce code folder is on my machin but i am not able to select shared source code folder when it is presnt on other machin on same Local area network

Can you mount the file system over LAN? Using SSHFS for example..
