display problems with draftsight since upgrade to V1R3

Draftsight worked perfectly

since the upgrade to V1R3 I have problems in the Paper Space (layout) with the visualisation of the viewports
is there anything I can do?

Can you give the output of:

sudo lshw -C display; lsb_release -a; dpkg -l | grep nvidia

if possible in DraftSight it is even worse.
And:
Unity behaves strange now
are there any settings somewhere, if not, how can I turn this back?
