3 monitors on 1 Nvidia Geforce GT 220m graphics card

Asked by thomas mackenzie

Hey,

I have a Medion Akoya p6620 that has a built in Nvidia Geforce GT 220m graphics card. I am running the newest beta driver for that card from the Nvidia website.

My question is that I can run happily a dual screen with my laptop screen and TV screen using HDMI. However I have a spare VGA cable. Is there anyway in which I can plug a screen into my VGA port and run a triple screen set up using just the one card in my laptop?

Thanks

At least you can plug a VGA Monitor to it. Even like this one http://www.google.com/products/catalog?q=VGA+monitor&oe=utf-8&hl=en&cid=1372801865775564128&sa=title#p
It all depends on what max resolution your card can output to this VGA interface.

yeah i can output to the VGA device fine. what im saying is can i output to the VGA device, the laptop screen and the TV all at once running a triple screen setup on the one graphics card?

the maximum i can output to the VGA monitor i have is 1360x 768 which is what i'm running on the other two monitors at the moment

thanks
